TELEPRO demonstrates the highest level of integrity and sustainability in all its business and declares this behavior in its Code of Conduct.
Zero tolerance for unethical behavior such as bribery, corruption and forced labor is a TELEPRO principle. TELEPRO expects all its suppliers to comply with these labor standards and business principles at the same level.
As a TELEPRO supplier, the obligation imposed by your contract with us obliges you to comply with all laws and regulations and this TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct.
The TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct defines the principles that you must comply with during any work and work you do for us. - Human rights
Your responsibilities as a TELEPRO supplier are:- To respect the human dignity of each individual, the privacy of his private life and the natural rights of human beings,
- Not to employ any individual against their will, and Not to allow sexual connotations, coercive, threatening, abusive or exploitative and similar behaviors, language and physical contact.
- Fair working conditions
You must establish and maintain fair working conditions. These terms and environment are described below:- Not taking into account characteristics such as gender, age, ethnicity, citizenship, religious belief, physical disability, union membership, political opinion and political party membership or sexual orientation when hiring,
- To respect the right of employees to bargain freely collectively,
- Except in accordance with laws and regulations, not to employ child labor at any stage of any work and not to tolerate its employment.
- Not to employ workers against their will or against their free will, involuntary prisoners, victims of slavery and human trafficking. Not to prevent workers and other employees from choosing to leave their jobs at the end of a reasonable notice period,
- To pay fair wages to employees, to comply with local regulations and/or collective agreements regarding wages and salaries, and where these are not available, to pay employees at least in a way that meets basic needs,
- To limit working hours, including overtime, to the periods determined by law, and to follow our recommendation not to work more than 60 hours a week, including overtime, in the absence of these laws,
- To ensure that employees take one day off without interruption per week.
- Health, safety and environmental management The supplier will provide a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees and carry out its activities in an environmentally sustainable manner. These terms and environment are described below:
- Formally appoint a person with the competence to manage health, safety and environment programs and development efforts.
- Establish appropriate organizational structures and procedures to effectively manage health, safety and environmental risks, and train all employees to implement control measures by adequately informing them of these risks.
- Compliance with the use of materials and conflict-affected minerals At TELEPRO, we are committed to complying with laws and regulations on the use of prohibited and restricted materials, including hazardous substances, as well as minerals obtained in conflict environments. Therefore, suppliers must ensure that the materials they supply to TELEPRO are procured in accordance with all relevant regulations. These terms and environment are described below:
- You must declare that the materials supplied to TELEPRO are not included in the “TELEPRO Prohibited and Restricted Substances List”,
- You should establish a policy on minerals obtained in conflict environments and investigate the source of these minerals, and
- You must be able to submit such evidence as TELEPRO may require from you in this regard without delay.
- Business ethics You should conduct your business in accordance with the rules of business ethics. These terms and environment are described below:
- You will refrain from any form of corruption, extortion and bribery and ensure that any payment, gift or commitment made to customers (including TELEPRO employees), public officials or any person or entity is made in accordance with bribery and anti-corruption laws,
- You will adhere to any laws that prevent monopolization and protect competition,
- As a TELEPRO supplier, you will notify TELEPRO of any potential conflicts of interest related to your activities. This notice includes the financial interest of a TELEPRO employee in your company,
- You will keep confidential any information provided to you by TELEPRO and TELEPRO’s business partners,
- You will respect the intellectual property rights of others, including TELEPRO, and comply with International trade regulations and export control Regulations.
- Safe operation You must conduct your business safely. These terms and environment are described below:
- You must take reasonable precautions to prevent the risk of TELEPRO’s exposure to terrorism, crime, epidemics and natural disasters, and you must comply with TELEPRO’s security procedures when working in or visiting TELEPRO’s offices and facilities and report any security-related concerns to the relevant TELEPRO channels.
- Supplier’s purchasing activities
You must supply goods and services responsibly. These terms and environment are described below:- You must select first-tier or indirect suppliers of services and goods to TELEPRO after you have committed to abide by the rules of the TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct, and
- To use a subcontractor when performing work on TELEPRO facilities, you must first obtain TELEPRO’s agreement.
- Audits and corrective actions In order to comply with the TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct, you must record any relevant documents and be able to provide us with these supporting documents upon request. In order to audit compliance, we may, or we at TELEPRO, have your operations and facilities inspected by a third party at your expense and with reasonable notice. If, as a result of such an audit, it is determined that you do not comply with the TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct, you must immediately take remedial action to be determined by us. If you fail to comply with the TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct, we may take action against you, including suspending and terminating your activities as our supplier.
- Search for a solution
If, within the scope of our business relationship, you or your employees believe that the TELEPRO Supplier Code of Conduct is not being complied with or that TELEPRO is not complying with its own Code of Conduct, we encourage you to raise your concerns through the TELEPRO stakeholders reporting channels.
