- Step 3: Return the product (if necessary). Once our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will handle the return/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 3-14 working days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
- Reasons Supporting Free Returns
- Product arrived damaged: If it is confirmed to be damaged, you can reject it directly
- Wrong product sent: Please provide us with clear pictures of the product, SKU/SERIAL number, and any shipping labels on the package.
- Product does not match the Description: Please provide us with some photos to show the problem
- Quality issues: Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify.
- Missing parts Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify

- Reasons Not to Support Free Returns
- Arrived too late: TELEPRO will not offer a free refund if the delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
- Requests in the form of I don’t want/need/don’t like: Buy the product but change your mind / I ordered by mistake / Price changes / It doesn’t meet my expectations / I pay high shipping fees / I found better products.
- No User Manual or non-standard user manual: Contact us for electronic or video manual.
- User error: Any damage caused by the user’s improper operation and connection will not be covered / I purchased incorrectly.
Note: For the above return situations, the buyer shall bear the return and inventory cost.
- How long does it take to get my refund?
- Credit card: We will not charge you any transaction fees within 3-15 business days of receiving the refund email (depends on your card issuer).
- Bank Transfer: We will not charge you any transaction fees within 3-10 business days after receiving the refund email.
